Nan Campbell, Realtor 803-522-1272
Nan Campbell's life in Aiken began in January 2005 when she would travel to Aiken from Lexington, KY with client's horses for the foxhunting season. Nan immediately felt right at home and fell in love with Aiken's 2100-acre Hitchcock Woods, one of the largest urban forests in the United States. It was no surprise when Nan brought her horse, Tavish, to Aiken for the winter while spending the summers in Toronto, Ontario. Not only does Nan have South Carolina roots, being born and raised in Greenville, SC, she brings experience as a professional rider and 15 years in banking to help her clients find and navigate the process of purchasing and selling property in Aiken. Nan loves meeting and helping people; she is tech-savy and is especially attentive to timelines and details. Nan finds great pleasure in living in Aiken. She enjoys riding as an active competitor in dressage. She is a member of the U.S. Equestrian Foundation and the U.S. Dressage Federation and a volunteer for the Hitchcock Woods Foundation. When not working or at the barn, Nan loves to experiment and try new recipes in her kitchen in her lovely home in "midtown" in Aiken.
